Saute vegetables in margarine for 10 minutes
on medium heat. Add Cream of broccoli, blend well. Add
Crawfish Puree' blend in well. Season to taste. Add
cheese, blend till melted. Add broccoli, stir. Add
cooked rice, mix well. Pour into baking pan. Top with
bread crumbs and onion tops. Bake for 15 to 20
minutes in a 350 degree oven.
