Crawfish Puree' Cornbread

 

 
2 eggs
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking soda
1/4 c. oil
1 med. onion chopped
1 bag Mexican Cornbread Mix
1 c. grated chedder cheese
1/4 to 1/2 c. chopped jalapenoes
1 can cream corn
8 ozs. Crawfish Puree'
   

Mix all ingredients together.  Pour into greased 9 x 13 pan.  Bake @ 375 degrees for 45 minutes.
