Crawfish Puree' Crescent Rolls

 

 

8oz. Crawfish Puree'
1 small onion chopped fine
1 small bell pepper chopped fine
1/3 stick margarine
Salt and pepper to taste
1 table spoon of flour
1/2 cup hot water
2 pkgs. Crescents
Options'  4oz. Velveeta cheese
Mini Fillo Shell (great for Party's)
   

Saute vegetables in margarine for about 15 minutes.  Add Crawfish Puree' and cook for 10 minutes on medium heat, stirring occasionally.  Stir in flour, stir in water, add seasoning to taste.  Heat additional 5 minutes.  Options, add cheese heat until melted.  Chill 1/2 hour.  Put 1 tablespoon in each crescent.  Roll into shape.  Place in plan.  In heated oven set at 375 degrees.  Bake 11 to 13 minutes or until brown.  Serves 6 to 8 people.
