Saute onions, celery,
carrots, and garlic in margarine. Add crawfish puree',
parsley, and jalapenos. Put in food processor and puree.
Chill one hour. Blend mixture into softened butter well.
Pass through a sift (optional). Chill and serve over crackers.
(Optional; after chilling you could form into a ball and pass in
seasoned bread crumbs).
