Crawfish Puree' Spread

 

 

8 oz. Crawfish Puree'
4 oz. Cream Cheese softened
1/2 c chopped onions, or 1/4c. chopped onion tops
1/2 c. chopped celery
2 Tlbs. of chopped parsley
1/4 tsp. of Worcestershire sauce
1/4 tsp. of Louisiana hot sauce
Dash of paprika
Seasoning to taste
1 c. water
1 pkg. of Knox gelatin
   

Minced vegetables. Add cream cheese, Puree', Worcestershire sauce, hot sauce, paprika and seasoning to taste.  Mix completely until well blended. Boil 1 cup of water and stir in gelatin until dissolved. Add to spread, mixing well, and put in mold and chill. Serve over crackers.
