Easy Crawfish Puree' Broccoli Soup

 

 

1 pkg. Bear Creek Cheddar Broccoli Soup Mix
8 oz. Crawfish Puree'
1 pkg. chopped frozen broccoli (optional)
8 cups of water
   

In large pot bring 8 cups of water to boil.  Reduce heat to medium, whisk in soup mix.  Whisk in puree' until well blended.  Add broccoli.  Cover on low for 10 min.  Serves 6 to 8 people.  (This recipe goes well with crawfish corn bread)
